What is Local Return?

Q1:What does “Local Return" means ?

A1:It means that you could return the item in local (without any reason) within 15 days after receiving the item, as long as the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.


Q2:Why some products have the label of Local Return, some not?

A2:It depends on the sellers. If the sellers support local return service, you could see “Local Return” labels.


Q3:When searching, I could see there is “Local Return” label on the product page, however when going into the payment page, the label disappeared. What happened?

A3:Currently, Local Return only support the product which is not over 1,000 dollars. If the original price of the product is larger than 1,000 dollars, it will not be covered by this service. Also, system check will be running while placing the order, which may cause the service as invalid.


Q4:I can’t open dispute via APP. What can I do?

A4:Currently, we only support buyer to open dispute via computer. We highly suggest you opening dispute via computer instead of APP.


Q5:As long as I return the goods, I could get full refund. Am I correct?

A5: YES, but you need to choose the correct dispute reason ---“Easy Local Return” as dispute reason . Please notice that , if you choose other dispute reason , you may not get refund . It is very important .

If opening dispute as no-reason return, you have responsibility to keep the item in it’s original condition and in its original packaging, which mean not affect the secondary sales of the product. For example, if you return an empty package back to the warehouse, we may 0 refund you; if you return 8 items back to the warehouse while ordering 10 in total, we may partially refund you.


Q6:How do I return the parcel?

A6:First, please note down the returning address in the dispute page. Second, please leave a note in the parcel with the order number on it. Thirdly, please pack the parcel carefully and seriously. Fourthly, please go to the nearest post office to return the parcel. Fifthly, please go back to the dispute page to fill out the returning number as well as shipment provider online to confirm return. Lastly, please wait patiently for the refund.


Q7:How long will it take for me to get the refund?

A7:After return, normally we will receive your returned parcel within 7 working days. After that, we will inspect your parcel within 1 day. If it meets the condition to be refunded, we will execute refund to you within 2 days, which will reach your account within 3-20 working days.
